Insured
General liability of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate through Third Coast Insurance Company, plus workers' compensation through the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation. Certificates are available on request.
25-year workmanship warranty
Blackridge warrants its own workmanship for 25 years on all work. Coverage on the materials themselves comes from the manufacturer and depends on the product.
Registered, and we pull the permits
Ohio does not license roofing or siding contractors at the state level. Blackridge is a registered contractor in Springfield, Ohio and Champaign County, Ohio, and pulls permits in every community it works in.

Do you build pools?
We're launching pools as a new service, so inquiries are open. Because it's new, we don't have completed pool projects to show you yet, and we'd rather tell you that straight than let you assume otherwise.

Both. We handle repairs as well as full roof, siding and gutter replacement. Part of the estimate is an honest recommendation about which one your house actually needs.
